Accounts Receivable Financing Documentation Checklist

Following is a list of basic documentation needed for the Accounts Receivable Financing qualification process:

  • Loan application
  • Three prior years' business tax returns
  • Three prior years' fiscal year-end financial statements
  • Current personal financial statements for all owners 10% and over
  • Three prior years' tax returns for principal owners 10% and over
  • Four prior months' detailed receivable agin reports - as of month end
  • Four prior months' detailed payables aging reports - as of month end
  • Four prior months' operating account bank statements
  • Customer List including addresses and phone numbers
  • Corporate Documents, Charter, Articles of Organization, etc.
